The Holocaust was the mass murder of six million Jews and millions of other races leading up to, and during, World War II. The Jews were all mostly killed in the German Concentration Camps. The true creator of these Concentration Camps was a man named Adolf Hitler. Adolf was the leader of the Nazi party and he was also the Chancellor of Germany. There was more than 40,000 Concentration Camps in total. These camps were used for forced labor, detention to people who were thought to be great enemies of the state, and mass murder. These camps were one of the main reasons that millions of Jews were murdered in the time of WWII.
